On a platform connecting two buildings, low down and easily seen from orb #2. The orb is adjacent to an advertising board and along from some ATMs. On a corner platform around the edge of the building you can jump up to from the ground. Up high on the monorail track, on one of those poles with a green ring around the top. The locations of agility and hidden orbs are shown in the video below: There are a total of 29 agility orbs in The Vision. On top of one of the circular buildings in the centre of the district. Although there might be several guards here, this objective is very easy and you don't need to fight them - simply run up and hack the single prison cell to open it and capture the objective. This objective is in the south of the district. From here, jump up to another platform which is raising and lowering, where you can jump upwards to the final platform and capture the objective. Quickly jump over to the rotating platform while the platform you are on is raised. Ride the rotating platform around the laser wall and jump over to the platform that is raising and lowering. Shoot the orange button on the tower opposite to raise another platform, then jump on to the raised platform and onto a slowly rotating platform. From here, jump up to the air vent on the tower next to you to land on another stationary platform. Jump over to another stationary platform on the tower opposite, then you can jump over to the slowly rotating platform which is moving through the red laser wall. Head up on top of the media centre and use the air vent to boost up to the stationary platform at the start of the tower. This one is the lockdown that is most likely to kill you on any difficulty, even with a maxed-out Agent, and if you do die here and still want this achievement, you will need to start a new world and defeat the same amount of bosses all over again. The propaganda tower in The Vision is in the north of the district. This particular scripted lockdown triggers after all the bosses before her except one have been defeated. However, while these all could theoretically be done with time, patience, thorough searching, and in the latter's case, some highly skilled driving, there is one that stands out in the way that you only have one shot at it during a single world: "Lockdown Legend", which requires you to survive Niemand's final city lockdown. That One Achievement: A few candidates are available, ranging from ones that demand completion of the Collection Sidequest that is finding all the Hidden Orbs and Agility Orbs ("Orb Master" and "Orb Hunter", respectively), to completely neutralizing every enemy asset ("Justice Has Been Served" note The things that could trip a player up on this one the most would be the Secret Intel and Monkey Moonshine kiosks hidden throughout the city.), to getting a gold medal in all of the driving races ("Road Rockstar").It's playable, but that's really what it has going for it. So Okay, It's Average: Upon the game's final release, said it was this at best.Sequelitis: It managed to have worse AI and even more terrible physics engine than the precedessor. The fact that said delays only resulted in a So Okay, It's Average game did not help. Never Live It Down: The game's numerous delays since its 2014 announcement are unlikely to be forgotten, especially since the game became more known for the delays than its merit at certain points.Just Here for Godzilla: Some are interested just because Terry Crews is starring in the game.Considering the advancements that had been made in open-world games since the first two, it was seen as a black mark on the game. It's the Same, Now It Sucks!: The game has been derided for not adding much new to the Crackdown formula. The Agency may very well have been behind TerraNova too! who else helped bankroll the three gangs, and is known for fostering crime so that they can defeat it and look like the hero? That's right. Fridge Horror: Before the first scripted lockdown sequence, TerraNova's president Niemand contacts you and exposits that she was one of the major bankrollers behind the three gangs in the first game, that she survived the gangs' destruction, and went on to start TerraNova.Annoying Video Game Helper: The nonstop chatter from Director Goodwin and Echo can get really obnoxious at times, like when you're barely surviving a heated battle and Goodwin contacts you to tell you that you getting shot, or when you're in the middle of one of the frustrating propaganda tower climbs and Echo calls to remind you for the five billionth time that red force fields will cause damage if you touch them.
